Promote the natural, healing ability that your body, mind and spirit possess through Reiki.
What is Reiki anyway?
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. It is done by placing the hands on, or just above the body in a non-invasive and non-manipulative way. A warm, soothing energy flows through the practitioner's hands into the client, promoting relaxation and releasing tension.
The heart does not close. It never can, but it can get blocked. Energy flows through the heart center and you can even feel when it becomes blocked.

The breath or Prana is then able to flow freely. I will show you how to practice this breath work. It's a great breath work to do prior to meditating.

This was a cute moment caught with Fozzie. He expects love always, simply because he exists. We all could learn from him. He often climbs under my hand, and in this case goes in for a hug. He has been receiving lots of Reiki since I completed my Reiki training. He really enjoys it.
