The guided mindfulness sensory meditation will help you come into the present moment and heal from past trauma. I will guide you through the steps to notice objects, sounds and things that you feel or sense in the present moment in a 5-4-3-2-1 step down process.

Purification Breath: Nadi Shodhana Pranayama or Alternate Nostril Breathing

Balance your mind and body with your breath. This breath work balances the right and left hemispheres of the brain and purifies the Nadis or energetic fields of energy on the right and left sides of the body, resulting in a balanced state in your body and mind. The breath or Prana is then able to flow freely. I will show you how to practice this breath work. It's a great breath work to do prior to meditating.
